摘要
鞍山静电技术研究设计院在实验室內,将1988年、1989年采集的刺槐、紫穗槐新、陈种子和1989年采集的沙棘种子,置于适宜的静电处理条件下,观察其种子萌发过程生理生化反应,结果表明,代表种子活力的主要生理生化指标:电导率、呼吸强度、脱氢酶活性、活力指数与对照相比,刺槐分别为97%,114%,168%,101%;紫穗槐分别为91%,109%,126%,116%,109%(ATP含量);沙棘电导率、活力指数分别为96%,124%,其适宜静电处理参数为-100×10,-100×5(kV/m·min),同时发现陈种子活力比新种子活力提高更加明显。为静电技术在林业生产中应用和开发利用陈种子提供了科学理论依据。
Observations and analyses were carried on the physiological and biochemical reaction of the process of germination by putting wood seeds such as new and old Amorpha fruticosa and Robinia pseudoacacia seeds collected in 1988 and 1989 and Hippophae rhamnoides seeds collected in 1989 under suitable condition of Static Electric treatment in the laboratary of Anshan. Research and Designing Institute of static electricity Technology. The results are as follows: the main dominant physiological and biochemical index of seed energy such as conductivity rate, intensity of respiration and index of vitality, which compared with contrast ones are 97%, 114%, 168% and 101% for Robinia Pseudoacacia, 91%, 109%, 126%, 1160 and 109%( content of ATP) for Amorpha fruticosa; the conductivity rate and index of vitality of Hippophae rhamnoides are 96% and 124%, and the suitable parameters of static electric treatment are -100 ×10 and -100 × 5(kV/m. min). Meanwhile, we find that the increment of new seeds energy is more significant than that of old ones. It provides a scientific foundation for the application of static electricity technology in forestry production and utilization of old wood seeds.
