摘要
目的:建立灵丹片的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对灵丹片中的丹参、川芎进行定性鉴别;并用可见-紫外分光光度法对其中灵芝多糖含量进行测定,用高效液相色谱法对制剂中丹参酮ⅡA的含量进行测定。结果:TLC鉴别方法专属性强;含量测定灵芝多糖、丹参酮ⅡA分别在5.34-32.1mg·L^-1,2.4~42.9mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.15%(RSD=1.05%)、99.74%(RSD=0.77%)。结论:所建立的定性、定量方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为该制剂质量控制用。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Lindan tabets. METHODS Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong were identified by TLC, The contents of polysaccharides in Lingzhi was detected by UV-spectrophometry, while HPLC was used to determine tanshinone Ⅱ A. RESULTS TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear. The linear range for polysaccharides in Lingzhi and tanshinone Ⅱ A were in the range of 5.35 - 32. 1 mg· L^- 1,2. 42 - 42. 9 mg·L^-1. Their average recovery were 100. 15% (RSD = 1.05%) and 99. 74%(RSD = 0. 776%). CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive, accurate and can be used for quality control of Lindan tabets.
