摘要
目的:建立乳病消片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil BDS C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(54∶46);柱温:30℃;流速:1 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在4.04～72.72μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.6%。结论:本法简便、准确,可以用于制剂质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of icariin in rubingxiao tablets. Method： The Hypersll BDS-C18（ 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm） column was used ,the mobile phase consisted of methanol： water （54： 46） at the flow rate of 1 ml · min^- 1 ;the wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column remperature was at 30 ℃. Result： There was a good linear relationship over the range of 4.04-72. 72 μg-m1-1 for icariin （r =0. 999 9）. The recorery was 98. 2% （RSD = 1.6% ）. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate, it can be applied to the determination of the tablets.
