摘要
通过对丹皮酚紫外吸收光谱的分析,选择较佳检测波长和适当的流动相对洗涤剂进行分离,测定洗涤剂中的丹皮酚含量。通过测定重复性、精密度、回收率,最终建立并验证了高效液相色谱法测定洗涤剂中丹皮酚含量的方法。实验结果表明,标准溶液在0.1～20μg·mL^(-1)线性相关,回收率为99%～101%。
The content of paeonol in the detergent was determined. The favorable detection wavelength and appropriate mobile phase were selected by analyzing the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of paeonol and the separation of detergent, respectively. According to the results of repeatability, precision and recovery, the method for determination of paeonol in detergents by high performance liquid chromatography was finally established and verified. The experimental results show that there is a linear correlation in the range of 0.1~ 20 μg·mL^-1 for the standard solution, and the recovery is 99%~101%.
