摘要
目的 建立用HPLC法测定清开灵注射液黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 以HYPERSIL ,BDS ,C18色谱柱 ,流动相 :水 -甲醇 -冰醋酸 ( 5 5 ∶ 4 5 ∶1) ,检测波长 2 74nm。结果 黄芩苷在 0 .2～ 1 0 μg浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为99 93% ,RSD =0 .7% (n =6 )。结论 该法方便、快捷、准确 ,可靠。
Objetive To determine the contents of baicalin in Qingkailing Injection by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic condition are listed below: HYPERSIL,BDS,C18 column, the mobile phase is consisted of water methanol glacial acetic acid(55 ∶ 45 ∶ 1), and detection wavelength 274nm. Results The linear ranges were 0.2～1 0μg for baicalin.The average recovery of baicalin were 99 93%,RSD=0.7%( n =6). Conclusion The method is dependable accurate and easy to operation.
