摘要
知识经济时代对领导力及其建设提出了更高的要求,领导力评估是领导力建设的前提条件。本文对传统的领导力评估方法进行了回顾,发现其大多采用定性分析方法,而对评估的定量计算过程及其科学性未作详尽考证,从而常常造成管理决策的重大失误。在此基础上,笔者提出了一种新的基于个性化考核与民主评价的领导力评估方法,通过算例进行了验证并对相关结果进行了讨论。
The knowledge-based economy is calling for higher standards of the leadership construction, of which the precondition is leadership evaluation. A review of the existing theories shows that qualitative analytical methods are now adopted most frequently while quantitative methods are not tried scientifically in detail. This usually causes great faults of administrative decision. On this basis, a leadership evaluation method based on individual appraisal and democratic assessment is suggested. After validating it by calculating examples, we discuss relevant results.
