摘要
目的探讨山东汉族系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的发生与HLA-DRB1等位基因间的关系。方法应用Luminex^(100)流式分析仪,检测42例SLE患者和98例健康人对照14种HLA-DRB1等位基因。结果SLE患者中检出12种HLA-DRB1等位基因,对照组中检出13种。其中HLA-DRB1*07等位基因与SLE呈强正相关,χ~2=9.643,P=0.002,Pc=0.028,RR=2.728,EF=0.204。HLA-DRB1*15等位基因与SLE亦有关联,χ~2=4.059,P=0.044,RR=1.84,Pc=0.0618。结论HLA-DRB1*07可能是山东汉族SLE的易感基因。
Objective To explore the association of HLA-DRB1 alleles with genetic susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE ) in Han people in Shandong province. Methods Blood samples were collected from 42 SLE patients and 98 healthy controls for PCR and hybridization. Then, Luminex^100 fluoroanalyzer was used to analyze the distribution of HLA-DRB1 alleles. Results Twelve kinds of HLA-DRB1 alleles were found in SLE specimens, and 13 in the control specimens. HLA-DRB1*07 alleles had significantly positive association with SLE (X^2 = 9.643,P = 0.002, Pc = 0.028, RR = 2.728, EF = 0.204 ). HLA-DRB1*15 alleles also positively associated with SLE ( X^2 = 4.059, P = 0.044, Pc = 0.0618, RR = 1.84 ). Conclusion HLA-DRB1*07 could possibly be the susceptibility genes for SLE in Han people in Shandong province.
