摘要
目的 探索 HL A-DRB1、DQ B1等位基因多态性与系统性红斑狼疮 (SL E)的易感性关系。方法 用聚合酶链反应 -序列特异性引物 (PCR-SSP)方法 ,对 10 4例健康人和 32例 SL E患者的 HL A -DRB1、DRB3、DRB4、DQB1等位基因进行研究。结果和结论 SL E患者中基因频率升高的有 HL A-DRB1* 15 (P<0 .0 5 ,RR=2 .3) ,H L A-DRB1* 16 (P<0 .0 5 ,RR=4.86 ) ,而 DRB1* 0 4明显低于对照组 ;未发现DQB1* 0 4等位基因。
Objective To explore the allelic polymorphism of HL A -DRB1,DQB1loci and suscepti- bility to system ic lupus erythem atosus(SL E) . Methods Polym erase chain reaction-sequence specific prim ers(PCR-SSP) were used to study HL A-DRB1,DRB3,DRB4and DQ B1,alleles in32 patients with SL E and 10 4healthy controls. Results and Conclusion The results showed that the frequencies of DRB1 * 15 (P<0 .0 5 ,RR=2 .3) and DRB1* 16 (P<0 .0 5 ,RR=4.86 ) were significanly higher in SL E patients than those of controls,and DRB1* 0 4allele significantly low er (P <0 .0 5 ,RR=0 .30 3) w hich indicates that it m ight be a protective allele.DQB1* 0 4allele was not found,in this study.
