摘要
制备了活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化剂,以癸二酸和正己醇为原料合成了癸二酸二正己酯。通过正交实验考察了影响酯化率的各种因素,最佳反应条件为:癸二酸用量0.05 mol,正己醇用量0．13 mol,催化剂用量3 g,带水剂甲苯15 mL,反应时间1 h,酯化率大于98%。
Dihexyl sebacate was synthesized from sebacic acid and p- hexanol with p toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon as catalyst. Effects of influencing factors on esterification yield were studied. Under the optimal conditions, molar ratio of n-hexanol to sebacic acid 2.6, 3 g catalyst and 15 mL water carrying agent based on 0.05 mol sebacic acid, reaction time 1 h, the yield of the product reached more than 98 %.
