摘要
以癸二酸和正己醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成了癸二酸二正己酯。考察了影响酯化率的各种因素,确定了最佳反应条件癸二酸用量005mol,正丁醇与癸二酸的物质的量比为26,催化剂05g,带水剂甲苯10mL,反应时间15h;在此条件,酯化率达98%以上。
Dihexyl sebacate was synthesized from sebacic acid and n-hexanol alcohol with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. The effects of different factors on esterification ratio were studied, and the optimum reaction condition was determined: when the content of sebacic acid was 0.05 mol, the molar ratio of n-hexanol alcohol to sebacic acid was 2.6, the mass of catalyst was 0.5 g, the taking water reagent was 10 ml, the reaction time was 1.5 h,and the yield of the product would be 98% under the above mentioned conditions.
