硫酸氢钠催化合成癸二酸二正己酯 被引量:2

摘要 以癸二酸和正己醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成了癸二酸二正己酯.考察了影响酯化率的各种因素,确定了最佳反应条件为:癸二酸用量0 .0 5mol时,正丁醇与癸二酸的物质的量比为2 .6,0 .5 g催化剂,1 0mL甲苯作带水剂,反应时间2h ,酯化率达98%以上.结果表明:硫酸氢钠具有价廉易得、催化活性好、反应温度低、不腐蚀设备、环境污染小等优点,是合成癸二酸二正己酯的优良催化剂. Dihexyl sebacate was synthesized from sebacic acid and n-hexanol alcohol with Sodium bisulfate as catalyst.The effect of factors on esterification ratio was studied.The result shows that the best reaction condition was:bases on 0.05 mol sebacic acid,molar ratio of n-hexanol alcohol to sebacic acid was 2.6,mass of catalyst was 0.5 g,the taking water reagent was 10 mL,reaction time was 2 h.The esterification ratio is 98%.The experimental results showed that Sodium bisulfate had many advantages such as easy preparation,low cost,high activity,non-corrosive and pollution-free to the environment.It is an excellent catalyst for synthesis of Dihexyl sebacate.
