摘要
研究了氯化铁催化合成乙酸异戊酯的工艺条件 ,在优化条件下 ,乙酸异戊酯的收率超过 95%。优化条件如下 :异戊醇 0 .3 mol;乙酸 0 .36mol;反应时间 1 h;反应温度 1 4 5± 2℃ ;氯化铁 0 .88g。并提出了反应的可能机理。
In this paper the synthetic condition of isoamyl acetate by catalysis of ferric chloride was studied. In the optimun condition, the yield is above 95%. The optimun condition is as follows: isoamyl alcohol 0.3mol; acetic acid 0.36mol;reaction time 1h; reation temperature 145±2℃; ferric chloride 0.88g, and the possible catalytic mechanism is illustrated.
