摘要
综述了固体超强酸、有机酸、无机盐、阳离子交换树脂和磷钨酸等催化剂催化合成癸二酸二丁酯的方法 .通过比较发现固体超强酸及有机固体酸类催化剂有较优良的催化性能 ,与硫酸相比 ,催化剂用量少 ,反应时间短 ,产率高 ,且不污染环境 。
The catalystic synthesis of Dibutyl Sebacate with solid superacid,organic acid,inorganic salt,ion_ exchange resin,phosphotungstic acid catalyst et al were reviewed.Through comparison,the author found that the solid snperacid and organic acid showed good catalytic capability.Compared with H 2SO 4,they had some advantages:the amount of the catalyzer is smaller,reaction time is shorter,the yield of ester is higher,and they had no harm to the environment.Good prospect for their application are expected.
