摘要
目的:建立护心胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用 TLC 方法对护心胶囊中的吴茱萸、石菖蒲、冰片和三七药材进行定性鉴别;采用 HPLC 方法对护心胶囊中的淫羊藿苷进行含量测定,色谱条件:Alltima C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-冰醋酸(27:73:0.5)为流动相,柱温30℃,流速1mL·min^(-1),检测波长270 nm,。结果:吴茱萸、石菖蒲、冰片和三七药材的薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,淫羊藿苷进样量在0.1~3.1μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=8)。淫羊藿苷的平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.2%,结论:本方法可准确地进行定性、定量,可用于控制护心胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality control standard of Huxin capsules. Method: Fructus Evodiae, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, Borneolum Syntheticum, and Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng were identified by TLC. The content of icariin in Huxin capsules was determined by HPLC. Alltima Cls column(250 mm ×4. 6mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile- water- glacial acetic acid(27: 73:0. 5 ), column temperature at 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 1 - 3.1μg for icariin ( r = 0. 9999, n = 8 ). The mean recovery of icariin was 100. 5%, RSD = 1.2%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, accurate, and used to control the quality of Huxin capsules.
