摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定健脑安神片中淫羊藿苷含量的方法.方法:Alltima C18色谱柱(5 μm,150mm×4.6 mm),乙腈-水(30:70)为流动相,检测波长270 nm.结果:淫羊藿苷在0.020～0.50μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999),平均回收率为98.84%,RSD=1.06%.结论:该方法简便,快捷,灵敏,准确,重现性好,可作为健脑安神片的质量控制标准.
Objective：To establish a method for determination of icariin in Jiannao Anshen Tablet by HPLC. Methods： HPLC analysis was carried out on Alltima C18 column（5μm,150 min×4.6mm）with Acetonitrile-water（30 ： 70） as mobile phase and UV detection at 270nm. Results： The calibration curve was in good linearity of icariin over the range of 0. 020～0.50μg（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 98.84% with RSD was 1.06%. Conclusion：The method appeared to be simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Jiannao Anshen Tablet.
