摘要
目的:观察青黛克银丸的抗炎作用及其机制。方法:采用相应动物模型评价青黛克银丸的抗炎作用并探讨其作用机制。结果:青黛克银丸对醋酸诱发小鼠毛细血管通透性增高、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球致肉芽组织增生均有显著的抑制作用,能显著降低大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖肿胀及炎症组织内PGE_2含量,明显减少大鼠气囊滑膜炎模型渗出物中白细胞和CRP计数,并能明显提高炎性渗出物中SOD-1的活性。结论:青黛克银丸具有明显的抗炎作用,该效应与降低PGE_2、CRP水平,提高SOD-1活性有关。
Objective : To investigate the effects and mechanisms of qingdai keyin pills on acute inflammatory responses. Method : The reciprocal animal models were employed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects and mechanism of qingdai keyin pills. Result: The results showed that qingdai keyin pills can debase the higher permeability of capillary of mice which was induced by acetic acid, suppress ear swell induced by xylene in mice and also significantly restrain granuloma proliferation. Qingdai keyin pills can decrease the edematous degree and the contents of PGE2 in inflammatory tissue, as well as reduce the WBC count and content of CRP and increase the activity of SOD-1 in extravasation. Conclusion: Qingdai keyin pills has anti-inflammatory effect, the mechanism of anti-inflammatory action are related to cut down the PGE2 together with CRP levels and raise the SOD-1 activity.
