摘要
对高校教师科研水平评估指标体系的构建原则、方法和各级指标数据的计算方法进行了研究, 提出了一套较为科学的评估指标体系,并给出了完整的指标数据的计算公式,使指标体系有较强的适应性和可操作性,评估结果更能体现教师科研水平的真实情况。
As to the assessment index system of university teachers＇level in scientific research, the paper has researched the principles and methods of structuring the index system,the computing technologies of the index data at all levels, put forward a set of comparatively scientific assessment index system,and provided the intact calculation formulas of the index data,making the index adaptable and effective. The assessment result can reflect the truth of teachers＇level in scientific research.
