摘要
本研究通过问卷调查，运用聚类分析，对科技人员进行了分类研究，建立了反映军事医学科研机构各类、各级人员工作特点的多套业务考核指标体系。
Through questionnaire investigation, using the method of gathering classification analysis, this study carried out the study of classification of scientists and technologists, and established various sets of professional evaluation index systems, which could reflect the characteristics of scientists and technologists and the organization of Academy of Military Medical Sciences.
