摘要
高校教师肩负着人才培养的重大使命。构建合理的高校教师评价体系,可以激发教师的工作热情,增强学校核心竞争能力。该文以重庆工商大学为例,采用层次分析法建立了高校教师绩效评价体系,该评价体系包括思想品德、教育教学、学术贡献3个一级指标和11个二级指标,通过层次分析法确定各个指标的合理权重,优化指标配比,为高校构建合理的教师评价体系提供参考。
College teachers shoulder the important mission of personnel training.The construction of a reasonable evaluation system for college teachers can stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and enhance the core competitiveness of schools.Taking Chongqing Technology and Business University as an example,this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to establish the performance evaluation system of university teachers.The evaluation system includes three first-level indicators including ideology and moral character,education and teaching,and academic contribution,and includes 11 second-level indicators.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the reasonable weights of each index are determined and the ratio of indicators is optimized,so as to provide reference for universities to build a reasonable teacher evaluation system.
