摘要
通过文献调研,采用典型案例调查方法,搜集了48个科研项目。根据调研结果,针对科研项目实施过程中影响其质量的各种因素,结合专家咨询,建立了科研项目实施过程质量评价指标体系;选用加权平均求和模型,建立了科研项目实施过程质量评价模型。
It introduces the investigation about 48 research projects by retrospective research. Based on the result of the investigation, focused on quality factors in implementation process of research project,and combined with expert consultation it puts forward,the index system quality evaluation in the implementation process of research project and a model of quality evaluation in the implementation process of research project.
