摘要
新课程提出“创新取向”的培养目标，并不是要忽视基础。实际上，新课程十分强调学生基础素质的培养，问题的关键是什么才是新课程创新精神与能力的基础。我们要重新设定和培育新的基础。它至少包括三个层面：一是精神层面，二是知识与技能层面，三是学习习惯和方式方法层面。
The new curriculum puts forward the innovation-oriented cultivation goals, but this doesn＇t mean we should neglect the basis. In fact, the new curriculum lays emphasis on the cultivation of students＇ basic ciuality. The problem is what the basis of the innovative spirit and competence is in the new curriculum. The new basis should be re-defined and cultivated, which involves three levels. spirit, knowledge and competence, learning habit and method.
