摘要
对于颜色词,尤其是基本颜色词的研究在近四十年得到了广泛的关注,但是传统以Berlin和Kay的基本颜色理论的研究存在一定的局限性。在这一理论基础上的颜色词语隐喻意义的跨文化对比研究又缺乏对隐喻意义现实来源的探讨。基于这些考虑,本文在介绍基本颜色理论的局限性之余,试图从纷繁复杂的社会生活中抽出一条主线,由此构建一个大体的框架来较详细地分析颜色词语的现实来源。
In recent forty years, issues concerning color lexicon have attracted much attention from different interested groups. As the traditional paradigm, basic lexicon theory has some limitations itself. Meanwhile, there is little study in the realistic source of color words＇ metaphorical meanings. This paper aims to sketch out a framework from the vast social life to explain the origin of the metaphorical meanings of the basic color words.
