摘要
报道ＫＴａ１－ｘＮｂｘＯ３薄膜的性能研究进展，详细地介绍了该薄膜的物化结构性能、电学性能和光学性能的表征方法及对表征结果的分析。
Recent progresses on research of properties of KTa 1- x Nb x O 3 thin films are reported in this paper.The characterization of the films’properties and the explanation of some important results are introduced in detail.
