摘要
目的:研究黄芩苷滴丸中黄苓苷在兔体内的药动学变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定血清中的黄芩苷滴丸中黄芩苷及在兔体内的药动学参数。结果:血清药物浓度在1.5~50mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,体内药动学呈一级吸收的二室模型。结论:该方法操作简便、准确灵敏、重现性好,可用于黄芩苷滴丸在家免体内的药动学研究。
OBJECTIVE To study the variation of pharmacokinetics parameters of baicalin dripping pills in rabbits plasma and its pharmacokineties parameters in rabbits. METHODS To establish a HPLC method for the detemination of baicalin dripping pills in rabbits plasma and its pharmacokineties parameters in rabbits. RESULTS The results reflect that the linear range of calibration curve was within drug plasma concentrations of 1.5 - 50 mg·L^-1 , and the pharmacokinetics of baicalin dripping pills in rabbits was fitted to two-compartrnent model. CONCLUSION The recovery of the method showed that the method had a good selectivity, sensitivity and reproducibility and can be used for pharmaeokinetie studies of baicalin dripping pills in rabbit plasma.
