摘要
目的:研究黄芩素滴丸对动物过敏反应的影响。方法:复制2,4-二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型变态反应模型,实验分为6组,即空白对照(等量蒸馏水)、模型(等量蒸馏水)、地塞米松(20mg/kg)与黄芩素滴丸高、中、低剂量(400、200、100mg/kg)组,测定迟发型变态反应模型小鼠耳肿胀度与脾、胸腺指数。复制低分子右旋糖酐所致小鼠搔痒反应模型,实验分为5组,即模型(等量蒸馏水)、苯海拉明(5mg/kg)与黄芩素滴丸高、中、低剂量(400、200、100mg/kg)组,测定小鼠20min内搔痒反应次数;分离豚鼠离体回肠,实验分为5组,即模型(组胺0.2mg/ml)、苯海拉明(3.3μg/ml+组胺0.2mg/ml)与黄芩素滴丸高、中、低剂量(0.27、0.13、0.07mg/ml+组胺0.2mg/ml)组,测定豚鼠离体肠管收缩幅度、收缩抑制率。结果:与模型组比较,黄芩素滴丸高、中、低剂量组耳肿胀度显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);20min内搔痒反应次数显著减少(P<0.01);黄芩素滴丸高、中剂量组离体肠管收缩幅度显著减少,收缩抑制率显著增高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:黄芩素滴丸对Ⅳ型变态反应有一定的治疗效果,对瘙痒症状有抑制作用,具有拮抗组胺的作用。
OBJECTIVE：To study the effects of Baicalin dripping pills on allergic reaction.METHODS：2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene induced delayed type hypersensitivity reaction was established.Mouse were divided into 6 groups,i.e.blank control group（constant volume of purified water）,model group（constant volume of purified water）,dexamethasone acetate group（20 mg/kg） and Baicalin dripping pills high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups（400,200,100 mg/kg）.The ear swelling,spleen and thymus index of delayed hypersensitivity model mice were determined.Low molecular dextran induced itching reaction model both was established.Mouse were divided into 5 groups,i.e.model group（constant volume of purified water）,diphenhydramine group（5 mg/kg）and Baicalin dripping pills high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups（400,200,100 mg/kg）.The times of itching reaction in itch model mice were determined within 20 min.In the test about effects of Baicalin dripping pills on isolated ileum of guinea pig,samples were divided into 5 groups,namely,histamine,diphenhydramine（0.5 g/ml＋histamine 0.2 mg/ml）,Baicalin dripping pills high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups（0.27,0.13,0.07 mg/ml＋histamine 0.2 mg/ml）.The contraction amplitude and contraction suppression rate of isolated intestine from guinea pig were determined.RESULTS：Compared with model group,ear swelling of Baicalin dripping pills high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups decreased significantly（P〈0.01 or P 0.05）;the time of itching reaction within 20 min decreased significantly（P〈0.01）;Baicalin dripping pills high-dose and middle-dose groups significantly decreased,and contraction inhibition rate increased significantly（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Baicalin dripping pills has therapeutic effect on type Ⅳhypersensitivity reactions,inhibit symptoms of itching and have antagonist role histamine.
