摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱法,在单波长下同时测定葛根川芎煎液中葛根素和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以甲醇-水(含1%的冰醋酸)(30∶70)为流动相,ZorbaxSB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm,Agilent)色谱柱;流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:300nm。结果:葛根素和阿魏酸在上述色谱条件下能够完全分离,葛根素含量为19.43mg·(10g)-1,阿魏酸含量为6.71mg·(10g)-1;平均回收率分别为97.53%,100.30%。结论:为药方中含葛根素和阿魏酸的制剂提供准确、灵敏、快速的分析方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the puerarin and ferulic acid in the mixed decoction at the single wavelength. METHODS HPLC was adopted, using Zorbax SB-C18 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm, Agilent) a mobile phase methanol water(containing1% acetic)(30:70) flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and detection at 300 nm. RESULTS The contents of puerarin and ferulic were 19. 43 mg. (10 g)^-1 ,6. 71 mg·(10 g)^1, and the average recoveries of the two components were 97. 53%, 100. 30%, respectively. CONCLUSION A simple, rapid and sensitive method with good precision was established.
