摘要
目的 了解葛根素注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效和可能的副作用。方法 对48例NIDDM合并周围神经病变的患者进行糖尿病基础治疗及葛根素静脉滴注,观察其症状改善程度、用肌电图仪测定治疗前后尺神经、腓神经、胫神经的运动神经传导速度(MCV)及感觉神经传导速度(SCV)。结果 经治疗后,患者的自觉症状均有明显改善,所有患者的MCV和/或SCV比治疗前均有不同程度的提高。没有发现明显的副作用。结论 临床观察显示,葛根素注射液是一种安全有效的糖尿病周围神经病变治疗药物。
OBJECTIVE To determine the effect of Puerarin on symmetric distal polyneurophathy with NIDDM. METHODS Symmetric distal polyneurophathy in 48 patients with NIDDM was treated with basic treatment and at the same time with Puerarin for injection . The symptoms and MCV/SCV were analyzed. RESULTS After the treatment, Puerarin for injection significantly relieved the symptoms and MCV/SCV associated with the disease. No significant side effects were noted. CONCLUSIONS Puerarin for injection is a relatively safe and effective supplementary treatment for symmetric distal polyneurophathy in diabetes.
