摘要
目的建立风湿圣药胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定处方中当归中阿魏酸的含量，同时对当归、桂枝、青风藤、独活、进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果阿魏酸进样量在0．10536～1．0536μg（r=0．9999）与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为：98．42％，RSD为1．18％（n=6）；薄层色谱斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法准确，重现性好，所建方法为制剂质量标准的制订提供了实验依据。
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Fengshidhenyao capsules. Methods Ferulic acid was determined by HPLC, while the Radix Anrelicae Sinensis , Ramulus Cinnamomi , Caulis Sinomen , and Radix Angelicae Pubescentis were authenticated by TLC. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 10536-1. 053 6μg （r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98. 42% （n=6）, and the RSD was 1.18% . The spot on the TLC plate was clear. The negative contrast was not disturbed. Conclusion The method is accurate, repeatable and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
