摘要
目的探讨外科出院病人护理调查问卷的设计及其在临床的应用。方法根据外科病人的护理特点,自行设计外科病人出院调查问卷,对1320例外科出院病人进行问卷调查。问卷包括病人对护理服务的满意度(含6个分项)及健康教育知晓率(8个分项)两个方面的内容。结果本问卷具有较高的信度及效度,总的克朗巴哈α系数为0.83;测得的总体满意度与各服务项目满意度的相关系数为0.47～0.79,P<0.001。问卷结果提示病人对护士的输液管理和术后的疼痛护理的满意度较低,特殊检查治疗教育及用药指导还不够详细。结论本调查表适用于外科病人的出院调查,调查内容和方法还需要进一步研究。
Objective To discuss the design of nursing questionnaire to discharged surgical patients and clinical application. Methods According to the nursing features of the surgical patients, the authors designed the questionnaire to discharged patients and 1 320 patients were investigated with it. The questionnaire contained patients＇ satisfactory rate toward nursing service （including 6 items） and understanding rate of health education （including 8 items）. Results The questionnaire had good reliability and validity. Cronbach Alpha was 0.83 and acquired index related to general satisfactory rate and satisfactory rate of each item was 0.47-0.79 （P〈 0.01）. The result of questionnaire showed that patients＇ satisfactory rate toward the management of transfusion and pain nursing was low, In addition, the education on special examination as well as treatment and guidance for taking medicine were also not enough, Conclusion The questionnaire is applicable for surgical patients, but the content and way need to be studied further.
