摘要
目的探讨手术室低年资护士培训的方法。方法对在手术室工作5年以内的护士进行有计划、有针对性的情景模拟式训练,即角色互换的情景模拟、护理查房情景模拟、急救手术配合应对的情景模拟。结果患者对手术室护士工作的满意度提高,医生对手术室护士的工作满意度提高。结论情景模拟式培训有助于手术室护士专业的成长和发展,值得深入研究和推广使用。
Objective To investigate the training methods of lower-grade nurse of operative room.MethodsThe well planned and contrapuntally role-play training were performed for the nurses working at OT less than 5 years.The role-play training include the interaction、nursing round、emergency operations.ResultsAfter the training,both of the patients′and the surgeons′satisfactory degree were increased.Conclusion The role-play training will be benefit for the development of the OT nurses,and it worth to study and deploy with confidence.
