摘要
目的通过测定78例糖尿病患者及36例正常人血清铜蓝蛋白(ceruloplasmin,CP)水平,探讨CP 在糖尿病发生发展中的意义。方法将受试对象分为4组,分别采用免疫终点法测定血清CP。结果糖尿病组血清CP水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);糖尿病组治疗前血清CP水平较治疗后显著降低(P<0.01);1型和2型糖尿病患者血清CP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2型单纯糖尿病组与合并慢性并发症组血清CP 水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.10)。结论血清CP水平对于糖尿病患者的诊断及治疗效果的判断具有一定参考意义。
Objective To explore the role of ceruloplasmin, an anti-oxidant, in the development of diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods Serum concentration of ceruloplasmin (CP) ,a protein with anti-oxidant activity, was assessed in 78 DM patients as well as 36 controls. The participants were divided into 4 groups: controls, Type 1 DM patients, Type 2 DM patients and Type 2 DM patients with chronic complications. The measurement of ceruloplasmin concentration was carried out with Beckman-cx5 automatic biochemical analytical machine using immuno-end-point method. Results In comparison to that of the controls, CP concentration of the DM patients were remarkably decreased. Furthermore, in Type 2 DM patients, CP concentration after insulin treatment was also significantly reduced. Conclusions CP concentration in the serum may be considered as an important molecular marker in the diagnosis and treatment of Diabetes Mellitus.
