摘要
复制高糖、高脂血症动物模型,采用血管功能检测、组织培养及放射免疫分析方法观察高糖、高脂对大鼠机体的综合影响并探讨其发病机制及治疗原则。结果表明:①高糖、高脂组心系数、肾系数、血糖、血脂、醛糖还原酶及胰岛素含量均高于对照组(P<0.05~0.01);②高糖组血管内皮舒张反应明显低于对照组(P<0.01),高脂组无明显差异。提示:长期慢性高糖、高脂血症是引起糖尿病,尤其是Ⅱ型糖尿病严重的大血管并发症的重要因素,其中高糖血症起主导作用。
Objective:To make animal models of “high glucose”and “hyperlipidemia”and observe the effects of high glucose and hyperlipidemia on rats.Method:Vascular function detection,tissue culture and radioactivity analysis methos were used.Results:①Heart index,kidney index,serum glucose,TC,aldose reductase(AR) and insulin content were higher in high glucose and hyperlipidemia group than in control group.②Vascular relaxation activity was lower in high glucose group than in control group.Conclusions:Chronic high glucose and hyperlipidemia play an important role in developing diabetic chronic complications and high glucose is the key factor.
