实验性硅沉着病大鼠血清铜蓝蛋白活性动态观察

摘要 目的 观察硅沉着病病变过程中血清铜蓝蛋白 (ceruloplasm in,Cp)的动态变化。方法 通过建立大鼠硅沉着病模型 ,并分别于早期和病后给药治疗 ,测定不同时期血清 Cp活性。结果 血清 Cp活性随病变进展而增高 ,病后治疗到 180 d与开始给药时相近 ,预防治疗组染尘后前 6 0 d升高 ,原因有待研究 ;鼠龄与体重对其未见相关影响。结论 各期硅沉着病血清 Objective To follow up the activity of ceruloplasmin in the development of silicosis.Methods Experimental silicosis models were set up in rats,their ceruloplasmin activity was determined during the early stage and post treatment respectively.Results There was a rising tendency in the Cp activity with the pathological development,The Cp activity on the 180th day after treatment was similar to that on the beginning of medication.An increase in the activity was seen in the preventive treatment group for the early 60 days and the reason is pending further study.The rat age and body weight showed no effects on the activity.Conclusion The Cp levels of various stages of silicosis are in a parallel with the silicosis developing.
