急性时相蛋白在老年2型糖尿病患者中的表达及意义

摘要 目的观察3种急性时相蛋白α1酸性糖蛋白(AGP)、触珠蛋白(HAP)、铜蓝蛋白(CER)在老年肥胖的2型糖尿病患者中的表达及意义。方法选择老年2型糖尿病患者正常体重组66例,超重组32例,肥胖组53例及正常对照组30例,测定血浆AGP、HAP、CER浓度,比较4组间AGP、HAP、CER水平。结果糖尿病组血浆AGP、HAP、CER浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。老年2型糖尿病患者肥胖组AGP、HAP水平明显高于正常体重组和超重组(P<0.01)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者存在慢性低度炎症状态,伴肥胖者更严重。
