摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱-紫外检测器测定球花石斛中滨蒿内酯和泽兰内酯含量的方法。方法采用ODS C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm.5μm,MetaChem),以甲醇-四氢呋喃-1%醋酸水溶液(15:5:80)为流动相,流速为1mL·min^-1,检测波长为342nm,柱温为40℃。结果球花石斛中滨蒿内酯的线性范围为0.00464-0.46400μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率(H=6)为97.66%(RSD=0.27%);泽兰内酯的线性范围为0.00424-1.06000μg(r=0.9999).平均回收率(n=6)为97.92%(RSD=0.89%)。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为评价不同产地的球花石斛质量提供一定依据。 OBJECTIVE To develop an assay method for determining the concentrations (ff seoparone and ayapin in Dendrobium thyrsiflorum.METHODS High performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection(HPLC-UV) was used. RESULTS The linear range of scoparone was 0.004 64 - 0.464 00 μg(r = 0.999 9), and the average recovery ( n = 6) was 97.66% (RSD = 0.27% ) ; the linear range of ayapin was 0.004 24 - 1.060 00μg( r = 0.999 9), and the average recovery ( n = 6) was 97.92% (RSD = 0.89% ) .CONCLUSION This methud is simple, accurate and reproducible. It provide a basis for the quality evaluation for Dendrobium thyrsiflorum in different areas.
