摘要
石斛具有极高的医药与保健价值,是名贵中药。在自然条件下,石斛共生内生菌具有促进其幼苗生长、增强生物抗性、诱导其次生代谢产物合成等功能,是加快石斛生长速度和保证移栽成活的关键所在。本文综述石斛内生菌的多样性,并阐述这些内生菌与石斛植物生长及其次生代谢产物形成的关系,并对其应用前景进行展望。
Dendrobium Sw.,known as one kind of valuable medicinal herb,are widely used in pharmaceuticals and health products.Under natural conditions,medical Dendrobium endophytes can promote the seedling growth rate,enhance biological resistance and induce synthesis of secondary metabolites.Moreover,medical Dendrobium endophytes can accelerate the growth rate and ensure survival of transplanting.In this paper,the biodiversity of endophytes and the relationship between endophytes and medical Dendrobium were overviewed,and the application of the endophytes was prospected.
