摘要
以硫脲和双氧水为原料合成二氧化硫脲,通过对不同反应条件,如温度、pH值、原料配比等的考察,确定了最佳反应条件;通过选择不同的溶剂,在反应体系中加入合适的促进剂、稳定剂、催化剂,明显加快了反应速率,提高了二氧化硫脲的产率,降低了成本,具有广阔的市场前景和经济效益。
Thiourea and hydrogen peroxide were used as raw materials in the synthesis of thiourea dioxide. The different reaction conditions,such as temperature, values of pH,and ratio of raw materials, were considered. The optimum preparation conditions were established. Using different solvents, the reaction rate was raised and yield increased obviously by adding appropriate promoter, stabilizer and (or) catalytic agent to the corresponding system. The reaction time shortened and the cost cut down. The new craft has excellent market future and economic benefit.
