摘要
新型甲烷化催化剂是在传统的甲烷化催化剂中加入稀土元素作为主要促进剂,氧化镁为第二促进剂。采用镍-稀土共沉淀的制备工艺。显著地提高了催化剂的活性和耐热性。新型催化剂已在大型氨厂使用了6年,预期寿命可达10年。
The new-type methanation catalyst is prepared by adding rare earth el-
ements and MgO to the conventional catalyst.The rare earth elements act as the
first promoter,and MgO the second.In addition,the technology of nickel-rare
earth co-precipitation was used for manufacturing the catalyst.The activity and
thermal stability of the catalyst increase markedly.This new catalyst has been
used in large-scale ammonia plant for 6 years with the life of the catalyst being
estimated at 10 years.
