摘要
在深入分析现有二氧化硫脲生产技术的优缺点及该合成反应特点的基础上,建立了合成二氧化硫脲新工艺,并设计了该合成反应的专用反应器。新工艺在有关生产厂家进行了生产性试验。取得了明显提高合成收率的效果。
Based on the analysis of the present state of art for production of thiourea dioxide using hydrogen peroxida and thiourea, and on the investigation of the main features of the synthesis, reactions, a new technique was developed and a novel reactor was designed. Scale-up experiments were done, it was shown that the new technique could increase the synthesis yield obviously in the practical production.
