摘要
以硫脲和双氧水为原料制备二氧化硫脲,综合考虑了物料配比、反应时间、溶剂、反应温度、养晶时间等诸多因素对TD收率的影响,优化了二氧化硫脲合成工艺,提高了二氧化硫脲的收率,使收率达到92%以上。
The thiourea dioxide was prepared from thiourea and hydrogen peroxide.The influences of reaction mass ratio, reaction time ,solvent, reaction temperature, crystallization time on the yield are investigated. An optimization reaction condition is proposed, and the yield is beyond 92%.
