摘要
研究了液体分散靛蓝的制备工艺及其染色性能,分析了染料粒径、还原剂对染色效果的影响,结果表明:液体分散靛蓝最佳的研磨时间为4 h,还原剂选择保险粉,最佳用量为140 g/L,氢氧化钠质量浓度为65 g/L。与常规的粉状靛蓝相比,液体分散靛蓝的匀染性能、耐摩擦色牢度均较优。
The preparation process and dyeing property of liquid dispersed indigo are studied. Influences of the particle size of dyes and the reducing agent on dyeing effect are analyzed. Results show that the best milling time of liquid dispersed indigo is 4 h, the optimum amount sodium hydrosulfite selected as the reducing agent is 140 g/L, and the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 65 g/L. Compared with the conventional powdered indigo, the liquid dispersed indigo exhibits better level-dyeing property and rubbing fastness.
