摘要
目的:建立葛根芩连胶囊中葛根素含量的测定方法。方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水(21∶79)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长250nm。结果:葛根素线性范围是0.1554～1.5540μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为(98.99±2.34)%,RSD=1.6%(n=6)。结论:该法可用于测定葛根芩连胶囊中葛根素的含量。
Objective： To establish a method to determine Puerarin in Gegen Qinlian capsules. Methods： The content of Puerarin was determined by RP - HPLC. Shim - pack VP-ODS column（150 mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used with a mobile phase of methanol -water （21 ： 79） and detected at 250 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was at 25℃. Results： The range of linearity is 0. 155 4 - 1. 554 0 μg（r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery is （98.99 ± 2. 34）%, RSD = 1.6% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is reproducible and suitable for determination of Puerarin in Gegen Qinlian capsules with good chromatographic separation.
