摘要
目的：为 控制蓝芪 降糖胶囊 的质 量 建立 葛根 素 的 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ 方 法。方 法： 色谱 条 件为： Ｏ Ｄ Ｓ 柱，以甲醇 —０ ．０２ ｍ ｏｌ／ Ｌ 磷酸 二氢钾（ｐ Ｈ＝ ４）（２５ ∶７５ ） 为流 动 相，流 速 ０ ．８ ｍｌ／ ｍ ｉｎ ，检 测 波长 为 ２５０ｎ ｍ 。结果：平 均回收 率９９ ．７４ ％ ， Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ＝ １ ．４４ ％ 。结 论：此 方 法简 便、灵敏、准 确、重 复 性 好，其 它 组 分对测定无 干扰，可 用于该制 剂的质 量评价和 质量控 制。
Objective: To control the quality of Langi jiangtang capsules. The HPLC method of Puerarin was established. Methods: A chromatography method for the separation and determination of puerarin in the preparation was established, chromatography conditions: ODS column with methanol——0.02 mol/L potassium dihydroger phosphate (25∶75) as the mobil phase at 0.8ml/min flow rate, detection wavelength at 250nm. Results: The average recovery was 99.74%, with RSD 1.44%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with a good reproducibility.
