摘要
用RP HPLC法测定葛根芩连胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。采用ShimadzuVP ODS柱 ,乙腈 0 0 6mol/LKH2 PO4 SDS ( 2 50∶30 0∶3 3g)为流动相 ,检测波长 347nm。方法准确可靠 ,快捷方便 ,回收率为99 6 0 % ,RSD为 1 0 6 %。
