摘要
本文采用硅胶Ｇ高效薄层色谱双波长扫描法对葛根芩连胶囊中葛根素和大豆甙元的含量进 行了同时测定。此法快速，简便，稳定性和重现性好，板间误差小，方法可靠。葛根素平均回收率为９９.８４％， 变异系数为１．３２％；大豆甙元平均回收率为９９．７６％，变异系数为１．２７％．
A method for the content determination of puerarin and daidzein in "Ge genqinlian Capsula"was developed by double wavelength HPTLC densitometric scanning. Through sample scanning,stability investigation and recovery tests,it has been found that the suggested method is precise and accurate,and the results of determination are reliable.
