摘要
报道RP-HPLC测定葛根芩连片中葛根素含量。采用Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(15cm×6mm)分析柱;北京分析仪器厂ODS保护柱;流动相甲醇-水(23:77);流速1.0ml/min。柱温35℃:检测波长250mm,进样体积10μl;外标法计算含量。理论板数按葛根素峰计算不低于2000;葛根素浓度5～80ug/ml与色谱峰面积呈线性关系,r=0.9999,回收率97.6,RSD 1.8％。
A quantitative method was developed for the determination of puerarin in Gegen Qinglian Tablets by reversed phase HPLC. Chromatographic conditions included column ODS-C_(18),column temperature: 35 C,UV detec- tor: 250nm. mobile phase: EtOH-H_2O (23:77). flow rate: 1ml/min. The number of theoretical plates calculated for puerarin peak was no less than 2000. The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 5～80μg/ml. and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 97.6％ and 1.8％ respectivily.
