摘要
以乙基纤维素为包囊材料，采用油中干燥法制备了头孢拉定微囊，并对微囊的含量、粒度分布及释放速度等进行了研究。
Cephradine was microcapsulated by the method of intra-liquid desiccation using ethylcellulose as coating material. Its content of drug, particle size distribution and drug release were measured.
