摘要
目的:对紫草油微型胶囊的制备工艺进行研究。方法:采用复凝聚法,以阿拉伯胶和明胶为囊材,制备紫草油微型胶囊。结果:最佳工艺为:阿拉伯胶5g,溶于100m160℃蒸馏水中,加入紫草油5g,捣碎后转入烧杯中,加5%明胶溶液100ml,不停搅拌(转速为1500转/min),用10%醋酸调 pH3.9～4.2,加入40℃400ml 蒸馏水,取出烧杯,温度降到32～36℃时,立即加入冰块,温度下降至5℃左右时,加入蒸馏水稀释一倍后的甲醛2.5ml,搅拌10min,用20%氢氧化钠溶液调 pH7.5～8.0,继续搅拌30min,静置,过滤,抽干,即得。结论:此工艺操作简易,重现性好。
Objective： The research is on rnicrocapsule the preparation of lithospermun erythrorhizon oil. Methods： Using compounding and coagulation method, Arabic gum and gelatin used as the main materials to prepare microcapsule the preparation of lithospemun erythrorhizon oil.Results： The best preparation should be as follows： 5g of Arabic gum dissolves in 100ml 60℃ distilled water, adding 5g lithospermun erythrorhizon oil which were mashed, then put into beaker , then adding 5% gelatin solution lOOml, continuously milling （the rotate speed is 1500 rev/min）, using HA to adjust pH to 3.9-4.2, adding 400ml 40℃ distilled water, taking out beaker, adjusting temperature to 32-36℃, putting into ice as quickly as possible. When the temperature reduced to about 5℃, adding 2.5ml formaldehyde which was diluted to half by distilled water, mix 10min, using 20% sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to 7.5-8.0, continue to mix 20mins, place if without shake, filuate it then take out until dry, then gain the solution. Conclusion： The technics is easy to operate with good recurring.
