摘要
以乙基纤维素为包囊材料,加入聚烯烃类包囊促进剂进行VC的包囊试验。微囊VC的溶出速率随包衣厚度递减。VC微囊片剂的体外溶出显著慢于普通片,放置后其变色亦较未经微囊处理者为缓。
Microencapsulated vitamin C was prepared by using ethylcellu-lose and coacervation-inducing agent(ethylene polymer) in cyclohexane. The dis-solution rate of the microencapsulated vitamin C powder and the tablets wasslower than the unencapsulated samples. The results suggested that the microen-capsulated vitamin C may be useful for preparing multivitamin tablets.
