摘要
用液中干燥法制备了氨苄青霉素钠-乙基纤维素微囊,并用荧光分光光度法测定该微囊在家兔体内的血药浓度。结果表明,家兔口服微囊与药粉相比,其相对生物利用度为185.6%。
Na-Ampicillin-Ethyl cellulose microcapsules were prepared by
complex emulsion method.The plasma concentration of the microcapsules in
rabbits was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry.The results show:
compared to Na-Ampicilline powder,the microcapsule′s bioavailability was
increased greatl(?),its relative bioavailabilit(?)was 185.6%.
